Series Overview
Five Glory Series profiles cover single-row, double-row and triple-row layouts, with beam angles from narrow 24° to wide 160° and three glare classes. All share the same construction: anodised 6063 aluminium body, zinc-alloy die-cast end caps, 2835 SMD on aluminium PCB, and a UV-resistant optical PC lens available in many styles.
Body material
Anodised 6063 aluminium profile — higher heat dissipation efficiency; FEA-optimised thermal structure for longer lifespan.
Light source
2835 SMD on aluminium PCB. Flicker-free; isolated or non-isolated power supply types.
Optics
UV-resistant optical PC lens, multiple styles: single row, double row, triple row; micro-prismatic and clear options.
Mounting
Suspension installation with steel wires and suspension kits; installation completed in minutes.
Colours: black, white or silver body. Custom length: increased in multiples of the single lens length. Anti-glare: flicker-free, eye-protection design delivering soft light.

PCB widths from 42.5 mm to 65 mm; LED counts scale with length (e.g. BC601D single row 112/210/312 pcs at 1T/2T/3T). Exact PCB layout and LED quantity per model are confirmed on the datasheet at enquiry.

Thermal & Optical Engineering
The body structure is optimised with advanced FEA thermal simulation — thermal conductivity, air flow and convection are modelled to achieve longer lifespan at the best cost-efficiency. Optical performance is documented per model: polar curves, beam angles (e.g. 60°, 90°, P20°, RI25°) and illuminance distribution maps are available in the datasheet pack.
Example — 80 W fixture: luminous flux 2500 lm, luminous efficiency 90 lm/W at 3 m mounting height; documented spot diameter and illuminance maps per beam angle.
