We make luminaire housings. Not a catalogue of everything, but the die-cast and extruded parts that a commercial lighting fitting is built around — and we take responsibility for the tolerances, the coating and the fit-up that decide whether a project is signed off without snagging.
Who We Are
Shanghai Junke International Trading Co., Ltd. is a Shanghai-based manufacturer and exporter of commercial lighting housings and fixtures. Our seven series cover surface mounted and recessed downlight housings, magnetic track, panel frames, linear profiles, anti-glare spotlights and wall washers.
We work with buyers who specify at drawing level: importers building a private-label range, contractors procuring for a project, and brand owners who need tooling instead of a catalogue item. That means the conversation starts with a drawing or a sample, not a model number.

What We Do
- Housing manufacture — die-casting, extrusion and sheet-metal forming for luminaire bodies.
- Tooling — new mould and die development from your drawing or a reference sample.
- Finishing — powder coating to standard or custom RAL, anodising, brushed and chrome.
- Optics and assembly — reflectors, anti-glare louvres, diffusers, engine and driver fitting.
- Branding — laser marking, printed labels, OEM cartons and instruction sheets.
- Export documentation — compliance files, invoice, packing list and inspection record.
How We Work With Buyers
1. Drawing or sample
You send a drawing, 3D file, sample or reference photo, with quantity and destination market.
2. Quotation
We return tooling cost, unit price, finish options, MOQ and lead time in writing.
3. Sample approval
A sample is produced and approved — dimensions, tolerances and finish confirmed — before production.
4. Production & shipment
Production, finish checks, pre-shipment inspection, booking and documentation.

How We Keep Our Position
Our position rests on two things: the housing is the part of a luminaire that carries the tolerances, and tooling is the part of the cost that a buyer cannot easily move once it is made. We stay on both.
That is why we are specific about the series we offer rather than listing every lighting product. If a requirement falls outside our tooling and process, we will say so at enquiry stage instead of quoting and hoping.
