Start with the PCB width you plan to mount — the selector lists every die whose inner channel accepts it. Then narrow by maximum profile width and height, and by format such as flanged, thick-wall, economy, in-ground or double-emission. Tick the models you want and send the shortlist for pricing.

Q: What PCB widths do JUNKE profiles accept?

The JUNKE die library covers PCB widths from 5 mm up to 60 mm. Several dies accept a range (for example 8–12 mm or 10–45 mm), which is shown in the PCB column.

Q: Are all 186 cross-sections available without new tooling?

Yes — every die listed in the selector is an existing tool in our library, so there is no mould cost and a first trial order does not need to be large. Custom dies are quoted separately when a project needs a new section.

Q: What is supplied with each profile?

Each profile ships as aluminium extrusion plus PC diffuser and end caps unless marked otherwise, cut to your run lengths. Corner connectors (90°, 135°, 180°) and mounting accessories are quoted per piece with the profile.

How to choose in three steps

1. Start from the PCB

Measure (or check the datasheet of) the LED board you will mount, and filter by that width. The PCB column shows the channel width each die accepts — several dies take a range.

2. Check the space

Filter by the maximum width and height your ceiling void, cove or furniture detail allows. Flanged dies finish flush against the surface; thick-wall dies suit suspended runs.

3. Send the shortlist
